  • I have been going to Gimme CrossFit for a couple of months now and I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff is amazing and really care about making sure that you reach your fitness goals. When I first started, I really appreciated the fact that they have you have personalized sessions to make sure that you are getting the movements/form. They have group classes at 6am, 8:30am and 6pm plus individual training sessions. If you’re looking for a positive community where you will feel supported in reaching your fitness goals, look no further!

  • I’m in my late 30’s and this is the longest I’ve ever stuck to a workout routine. I’ve been coming here for about 1.5 years and the experience has been consistently positive. The coaching staff is very patient, and encouraging. The coaches do a great job pushing us to challenge ourselves week over week without pushing us to the point where we’d get hurt. Not only are the coaches great so are many of the other members. They’ve made the classes fun even when it’s challenging!

  • I literally started going 1 year ago and I have to tell you my experience with Yajens team has been a great one. I never would have imagined that I could keep up a 3xs a week regiment for a whole year. Please take note when I started I was 445lbs and my exercise level was non-existent. Yajen and his group fitted each routine for my level and ensured my safety and gave positive motivation. Even though each workout is challenging, I never felt like I could not complete what was scheduled for that class. The team took the time to explain each movement and made sure my form and technique was on point before we added any weight or strain. Honestly I am getting stronger each week and I’m gaining muscle I never had before. My mobility, balance and endurance is also the best it has ever been.   • Training at Gimme CrossFit has has been an amazing experience. I was really nervous to join at first but everyone was so welcoming and supportive in my fitness journey that it has been a place of therapy. I never would have thought I could compete in Spartan races had I not joined, but the team here hosts all types of fun get togethers, hikes, out of town fitness trips like tough mudders and Spartan races. They make for great team building and challenge you to be a better version of yourself.


  • I absolutely love this place! The gym is immaculate and is organized well. It is very professional and has excellent equipment. The gym is bright and spacious and the atmosphere provides an environment that makes me excited to workout.

    Thank you to Yajen for always pushing and correcting my form, your energy is the best! He is very attentive and knowledgeable, fixed the little tucks and pulls in my posture that made a world of difference in the workouts. I highly recommend this gym.


  • I highly recommend speaking with the business owner/trainer, Yajen, he will make you feel comfortable and confident in his process to help you achieve your goals. He really takes his time to work with me as a CrossFit beginner, making sure each workout works well for me and my body. He is very supportive and helps me stay on top of my overall goals every week. I already see a big difference in my strength and confidence. I enjoy this gym so much that I wish I could be there 7 days a week. I have been trying to find a gym where I feel welcomed and part of a community, his gym is the first to make me feel that way.


  • I started attending Gimme CrossFit just as gyms were starting to reopen after the covid shut down. I have felt very comfortable with the precautions taken to assure healthy conditions are being maintained. I have enjoyed both the community of small classes, and the motivation of personal training.   • My experience with Gimme Fit Personal Training was pretty great. My coach was easy to work with and clearly communicated all the required steps that I would have to take to reach my fitness goal. The pace was really accommodating. I’m a super lazy person to begin with. But we didn’t jump into overdrive (like many other workout programs do) so I really got the opportunity to adjust and get used to all the lifestyle changes that were necessary for me to become fit and stay fit. BEST PART, I can now be in great shape and not have to give up my ice cream!
