30 Minute weekend workout


This is a fun cardio workout that you can knock out with your friends. It works better in an open area, where you’ll have 50-100 yards to perform the medicine ball carries.

If you’re starting out, your first goal is going to be trying to get through as much of these workouts as you can with minimal breaks – that does mean starting off a little slower. Once you’ve improved enough to minimize breaks, then it’s time to push your pace higher! All the details are below.

Equipment required:
Mat, optional
Weight, preferably medicine ball

2x rounds of warm up
30 seconds per movement
Seal Jacks
Reverse Lunges
Push Ups
Plank Jacks
Mountain Climbers

Round 1:
10 minutes, as many reps as possible
30 Plank Jacks
30 Mountain Climbers
30 Reverse Lunges
200 yards Medicine Ball Carry

Round 2:
10 minutes, as many reps as possible
30 Seal Jacks
30 Jumping Jacks
30 Thrusters
200 yards Overhead Medicine Ball Carry
