How do you get yourself to stay active? Redefine what exercise means to you.

I’ve worked out on and off for over 10 years. One of the main reasons why I’ve been able to keep up my training is that I don’t place restrictions on what exercise means.

That’s means I can…

  • lift heavy weights

  • go play badminton

  • walk my dogs

  • hike with friends

  • play at the playground as the only adult there at 6 am

But instead of setting firm parameters around whether or not you worked out for 60 minutes at the gym, try to just encourage yourself to move more.

That’s the real goal.
