What’s the secret to eating healthy? I don’t actually know of any secrets, but here’s how we plan our nutrition.

But before I spill the beans, understand that most diets work, because most of them follow these principles. So instead of looking for the right diet, try and find what fits best for you.

Nutrition laws we live by:

  • little or no added sugars

  • animal proteins with less than 15% fat

  • minimize low-fiber carbs

  • eat mostly veggies

We just aim to follow that about 85% of the time and NEVER need to watch what we eat.


Write down everything you’ve eaten in the past 3 days. Everything. The good, bad, and ugly.

Now, ask yourself where could you have improved? But more importantly, do you even want to improve?
